1.Don't comb your hair when wet:
For example when you wash your hair and then you go straight to comb it. You have to stop that! When you comb your hair while it is wet, it creates split ends and breaks your hair.
2.Avoid using heavy chemicals on your hair:
Try as much as you can to be natural. Try using oils on your hair as they contain Vitamins, proteins, needed for the proper growth of the hair.
3.Avoid using heat in your hair often:
Too much heat is not good for the hair as it makes the hair light and weightless and thereby causes the hair to break and wear out.
How to grow your hair quicker
1.Don't keep dirty hair:
Keeping your hair unwashed for a long period of time causes build up of dirt, causing the hair to look unattractive and faded. Dirt actually prevents the hair from growing fast and looking clean.
2.Allow your hair to breath:
Don't rush to the salon immediately after you take off a particular hairstyle, please allow your hair to breath for some time before going to get a new hair style.
3.Use natural oils:
Oils grow your hair faster than you can imagine. You should use more of oils on your hair as it keeps it moisturized and shiny, prevents breakage, freshens your scalp and also creates space for hair growth. Your hair needs to remain moisturized to grow well and fast. Some of the best oils are Olive oil, Coconut oil, Jojoba oil, Castor oil just to name a few.
Egg contains some nutrients that can grow the hair (proteins).
Crack 1 or 2 eggs, pour 2-table spoon of olive oil & coconut oil, mix them and add little water (optional). Proceed to massage into the scalp and hair, cover with shower cap for 20-30 minutes and then wash out with lukewarm water. Then shampoo and condition your hair as regular. This process prevents dandruff, breakage, and helps nourish your hair.
How to make natural coconut oil at home:(method 1)
1.Split 1 coconut into two
2.Scrap the meat (white part) of the coconut from the shell
3.Cut the coconut into small pieces
4.Place into a food processor
5.Turn the food processors to a medium speed and add little water to make it blend
6.Filter the milk; squeeze hard to make sure you get the last drop.
7.Leave the coconut milk in a container for at least 24 hours. The coconut milk and oil will appear at the top of the jar.
8.Take out the curd with a spoon and discard it. The pure coconut oil is left.
1.Boil one cup of water
2.Get a matured coconut, grate the meat (white part) of the coconut
3.Pour little amount of water into the grated coconut cover and leave for 30 minutes
4.Squeeze out the coconut liquid, place a clean soft cloth over a bowl then pour the coconut over the cloth, so that the milk drips into the bowl
5.Boil the coconut liquid; stirring it constantly until water has evaporated and the cream has separated from the oil and turned brown, take up to an hour to get to this stage. Be patient and stir continually.
**If you'd rather not boil the mixture, you can allow it to separate on it's own, by placing a liquid in a bowl and cover it with plastic wrap. Leave it at room temperature for 24 hours, then place it in the refrigerator so the oil solidifies and floats to the top, then take the oil off the liquid.
